Workshops come in many forms. Some have form in the physical plane, some don't. Some may bring forth emotions, others might make you sweat. It is our intention that the workshops be an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in discovery, in whatever form that takes.
Workshops include grandmother plant, finding your voice, prayer flag making, clay figurine creation, sacred drumming, kundalini yoga and more.

Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Vicki Fredericks
10:30 – 11:30
This workshop will start the day with gentle Kundalini Yoga: breathing and stretching into poses that calm the mind, energize the body and strengthen our connection to Spirit. Led by Vicki who has been teaching Yoga for many years, no experience is necessary and all ages are welcome!
Soul Body Readings with Jan Revell 10:30 – 12:00
Learning to read the messages Soul implants into our bodies, we give ourselves the gift of knowledge about ourselves! Babies come into this world already formed. When parents and grandparents know how to read the baby's body, they can offer the child opportunities to build up the "weaker" aspects so the child develops into a healthier human being. In this workshop, you will learn to read some of those messages, and gain ideas about ways to help your child develop into balance and health. These same techniques can be used on yourself!
Summer Wild Salads and Essential Winter Medicines at Our Doorstep with Wren Davidson 11:30 0 12:30
There will be a show and tell and discussion of collected local specimens in pots. It will be a stationary class and not an herb walk so everyone can participate. Wren will talk about purslane, lambs quarters, plantain, chickweed, dandelion, fennel, stinging nettle, yarrow, mullein and oregon grape.
Heart Breathing-Heart Living with Dea Lisk 11:30 – 12:30
In this workshop you will learn how to operate from your heart as the key to a joyous happy life and the solution to bring humanity back into balance with each other and all life. Dea weaves science and spirituality in a way that illuminates the why of Heart - Centered living; a joyous way of being in your Heart for life!

Sacred Drumming Workshop with Shireen Amini 2:30 – 3:30
In this workshop, we will enter a spontaneous, intuition-lead drumming experience with a new awareness about the drum's sacred roots in the Divine Feminine. It will be an opportunity to experience first-hand the powerful effects of collective drumming. All ages and genders are welcome to participate. Shireen is an advocate of the meditative, grounding, energizing, and healing power of the drum!
Finding and Celebrating your Voice with Beth Wood 3:30 – 4:30
In this workshop, we will focus on the joy of singing, the healing power of the voice and the breath, and the collective experience of group singing. Leave your inhibitions behind and enjoy a community experience. After all, everyone can sing! Beth, nationally touring singer/songwriter is passionate about music and spreading the joy of singing!
Grandmother Plant with Flordemayo 4:30 – 6:00
Humanity is at a crossroads, and the wounds of generational trauma, like a physical wound, must be tended to. The Grandmother Plant has decided to come forward to help humanity because people have been looking and looking for guidance and healing. This plant has the capacity to awaken you on the cellular level, giving you access to your rainbow body. With access to your rainbow body, you can connect with the earth, and with all people, offering cleansing and blessings. It is possible to get rid of the stress and to release this generational trauma in a gentle and profound way by working with this plant. The desire of the Invisible Beings is to share these teachings with as many people as possible to help in this healing.
In this workshop we will explore our natural way of ritual through the use of the Grandmother Plant Oil, prayer, silence and music. We will utilize Mz. imani’s music to dance and empower our visions and dreams. We invite you to bring your instruments, and songs to this celebration of Love and Light.

These morning and afternoon workshops will be fun-filled and educational, taking nature walks and learning about ecology, nature, plants, solar, recycling using art and craft.

Linda Silvas heritage is the Juaneno Band of Mission Indians, Acjachemen. Living in the Pacific Northwest of Washington State, she built her log home and studio at the base of the Olympic Mountains.
